The Goblet have large shoulders and a wide back, big boobs, not much of a waist, narrow hips, often a bit of a tummy and long legs. For the Goblet it is all about accentuating the positive, which is those lovely long legs and good bust line.

The classic look is the most flattering for the Goblet figure, so go for classic styles in trendy colors rather than trying to wear the latest shape. Patterns on your top half is great for breaking up the large chest area and the broad shoulders. Just make sure the print isn't to bold or big, so it doesn't make your top half look larger.
Many Goblets struggle with tummy issues, so tunic tops or empire-line styles should be your best friend. Go for tops that are fitted in the chest area, with clever cuts or tummy covering functions.
The Goblet has amazing legs and the chest is very womanly, so focus on those assets.
Picture
With such great legs the Goblet doesn't even need to wear heals. A curvy shoe with a study heal is the best look for the Goblet. The curviness of the shoe is very feminine and complement the shapely legs. The sturdy heel balance the weight of the chest area, whereas a too thin heal would make the Goblet look too top heavy.

High cut (or empire line), deep wide-neck top, with wrap function. Enhances waist and covers any tummy issue. Make sure there is enough fabric for some gentle folds on the tummy.

Broad strap, wide diamond shaped neckline top, with wrap function. The wide V separates and lessens the size of the bosom, breaks up the shoulder width, enhances waist and covers any tummy issue.

Fitted under boobs/empire-line, longer tunic top. The style flatters the Goblet chest and top area, and covers any tummy issue.

Fitted short cardigan is great for breaking up the top half and covers any tummy issue.

Scoop neck, ballon sleeved dress. The dress reduces the size of the boobs, the empire line skims the tummy and draws focus to the slimmest part of the waist (directly under the boobs).

Empire line, wide neck dress with folds. Covers the tummy and the skirt enhances the long and shapely legs. Three-quarter length sleeves draw attention to the slimmer lower arm.

The heavy fabric is great for holding in a rounded tummy and skims the figure. Horizontal paneling is even more forgiving.

Hi, Rossella! Unfortunately this photo of her in that grey mini dress is probably 10 years old or more. So, since I had to find people with the Goblet body type wearing a specific style, I had to use old photos too to be able to include all the looks. I have no website for it and it's probably not for sale anytmore. Luckily, ballon sleeves are back, so I'm sure you can find something similar once autumn fashion hits the stores. I will be sure to send you a link if I stumble over one that looks similar to this. :-)

Sorry I couldnt be of any more help. I really hope you find one just like it :-)

Gosh, I'm stuck between goblet and lollipop. I'd say lollipop. I'm 5'8" slight waist with a high hip shelf and then straighter hips at and below where my hipbones fall. I have decently weighted shoulders, but I wouldn't define mine back as broad. I'm mostly sold on lollipop, but your rec for swimsuit would be way off the mark for me. I find that boy short bottoms tend to create a square that eliminates any sense of hips and that the rec I've seen most often for busty triangles, strappy bikkini bottoms, work much better with my halter tops.... does that mean I don't have enough hip to really be considered a lollipop?

Hi, Elizabeth! In my experience you gut is usually right. You know your body best, and not all body types fit perfectly with the stereotype features. I too have a little twist that sets me a part from other Skittles. I have wide shoulders that balance my hips, but they’re more slender than my lower half and so I follow all the rules except one. I don’t widen my shoulders, but rather draw attention to them. If all the Lollipop styles work for you except the bikini bottoms, you just have a slightly different hip area and luckily you know what works better for you. So, I would say that you sound like a Lollipop too, and Lollipops have a similar hip area to the Goblet. You actually sound a lot like Angelina Jolie’s body in what you’re describing, so it sound perfectly normal as she too is a Lollipop that sometimes give of a little bit of Goblet vibes. She’s still a clear Lollipop though, as her shoulder might be wider than her hips, but they’re still petite and her back is not wide.

I hope this helped!

What’s the difference between an inverted triangle and the goblet?

Hi, Shayla! The difference between an Inverted triangle/The Cornet and the Goblet, is that first of all inverted triangle is sometimes used in some body types system for both Cornet and Goblet. However, the Cornet has wide shoulders and a smaller chest. Often also arms that can seem or be a bit muscular. It’s a very athletic looking body type. A Goblet has more of a wide back instead of wide shoulders, and a large chest. This type will not have an athlethic look, but more of a chesty look with great legs. A Goblet will also have a heavier looking top half than a Lollipop. The Lollipop chest will look a bit less heavy, even if it’s the same cup size, as the Goblet’s wide back makes it’s top half more dominant. So, in a way a Goblet is a mix between a Cornet and a Lollipop, and similar to an inverted triangle. I don’t know if you have looked at the Cornet yet, but there are three top heavy types. The Cornet is the most like the inverted triangle, ans has wide shoulders and a smaller chest, the Goblet has a wide back and large chest, and the lollipop has a straight figure with a large chest. All of them have long legs (usually), and either a slight or no waist, all have narrow hips compared to upper body.

I hope this helped!

Do you have other examples of Goblet celebrities who are also petite? I am 1m57 and seem to fit the description (board shoulders and back 95cm, big breasts 32DD, not much of a waist 77/78cm and narrow hips - 84cm).
I have always struggled dressing up as I have no waist. I tend to wear skinny trousers and a fitted top but I would like to try and look a bit more stylish. So I was hoping to find some ideas from celebrities who are my shape (especially as I am hopeless in sense of dressing).
Thanks=

Hi, Danae! Have you checked out this Goblet post too? https://www.idealiststyle.com/blog/the-body-type-goblet
Rene Zellweger and Elisabeth Moss are also two Goblets. I also think Lindsay Lohan and Raven Symone are Goblets. I can't think of anyone I know are very petite in all ways, but these are all either short or slender. For a short body type, you just wear the shapes recommended, but also add in the tips for a short body. Anything long will make you look shorter, so short dresses and skirts are much better. Large prints will make you look smaller, so small prints are more complimentary. Hats will make a short person looks shorter and a tall person look taller, and so on.

I hope this helped.

Hi, Lena. It is quite possible that you could be a Goblet, but from your measurements I would say it sounds a bit more like you could be a Vase, Cello or Hourglass. A Goblet will usually have a wide back, large chest, hips more narrow than upper body, and long, lean legs.
Here are some summaries about these body types.

The Goblet have large shoulders and a wide back, big boobs, not much of a waist, narrow hips, often a bit of a tummy and long legs.

The Hourglass has the curves that are the very essence of what makes a woman womanly. The boobs are large, a small and short waist, big hips and generous thighs.

The Vase is the most elegant body type, and the signature features are big boobs, gently curving longer waist, hips equal bust, slim thighs and legs. They can also have a bit chunky upper arms.

The Cello is all woman and the defining features are big boobs, short waist, big hips, big bottom, big thighs, broad shoulders and slim lower legs.

The Vase would be the type that could feel like a mix between a Goblet and and Hourglass. Or maybe even a Cello, if you have a short waist. The Hourglass is the least likely to be confused with a Goblet. Compare these four types and see if any of them feel right.

Hi! I really struggle with trying to find my body type - in fact, a lot of those 'calculators' based on measurements tell me I'm not in any one category!

I'm 5'3" and relatively balanced, maybe with an ever-so-slightly short torso. I've got broad shoulders (40") and my classic 'measurements' are 36 (bust) - 26 (waist) - 36 (hips). I've always assumed i'm an hourglass because I store all of my fat in my hips/thighs and bust, but my shoulders are quite clearly larger than my hips; as such I'm considering a couple of the inverted triangle type shapes. The Issue with the triangle shapes, however, are that have quite large muscular legs (ex. thighs are 21" around, calves are 15") and feel i have quite a defined waist. It seems no matter what I don't fit into any of these body types and I am at a complete loss.

Hi, S! It definitely sounds like you're a curvy balanced type with wide shoulders. Actually, that is pretty much what the Cello usually looks like, so I would check out the Cello body type and see if that fits :-)

I hope this helped!
