The Cello is the very close to an Hourglass as they are both women with glorious curves.
They have big boobs, short waist, big hips, big bottom, big thighs, broad shoulders and slim lower legs.
For the Cello, It’s all about daring to show yourselves off a little.

Cellos have what it takes to carry off almost anything in terms of boldness and can pull of bold and strong prints or fussy details that would simply swamp other body shapes. Always wear your strongest, brightest colors up top.
Leggings or hold-in pantyhose is a very good way of holding everything in place when wearing something short.

Bold statement earrings are your best jewelry, and you don't need a lot of other accessories. Wedge with a platform shoes, support your body frame and shows of your lovely ankles.

Scooped neck T-shirt and jumpers to hips. Make sure there is enough
material to create a few gentle folds on the tummy area.

Wide V-neck, longer, loose-fitted sweater.
NB! Loose-fitted, not oversized. Oversized will make you look larger.

Loose-fitted longer cardigan.
Make sure it doesn't cut you in your widest part.
NB! Loose-fitted, not oversized.

Shirt or blouse with no lapel and a V-cut and wide neck opening.
V-necklines break up your top half, and wide V-necks lessens the breadth of your shoulders.

Long lapel, single button jacket.

Flared or A-line coats with wide sleeves, deep lapels and bold metallic print.

Panelled and pleated skirt, with wide belt.

No fuss, wide-legged pants,
with turn-ups.

Skinny jeans with longer loose-fitted top.

Deep lapel dress, gently sculpting waist and hips. Flared skirt.

Wide waist belt on dress. Flared skirt.

To get away with figure hugging, make sure the material is firm and thick, and has some tummy-covering function.

Wide V-neck dress with folding at waist. Wide enough over-skirt to balance the generous thighs.

Wide-waisted halter-neck dress with flared skirt to knees.

ETHICAL AND PERSONALIZED STYLE, FOR A "GOOD FOR YOU" WARDROBE.

Idealist style is a website and "slow blog" dedicated to ethical fashion and personalized style, including tips on how to find your very own "slow fashion" style by using color analysis, the body types system, and other slow fashion tips.»
Created by an idealistic fashion designer, stylist, writer, and illustrator with a passion for "good for you" fashion.
    Very nerdy about it.
Born in Norway, educated in Milan, Italy.

I decided to name my page "Idealist Style", because I'm an idealist. On both a creative. environmental, and a humanitarian level. So, I feel the title suits my message well.
    i·de·al·ism
-The act or practice of envisioning things in an ideal form.
    -Artist who treats subjects imaginatively.
-Belief in or pursuit of one's ideals, of high or noble principles, purposes, or goals.
