The very feminine Bell has small shoulders, small boobs, small and short waist, big thighs and a large bottom.
For the Bell it is all about creating balance. The rules are about balance, but curves are fabulous either way so feel free to flaunt them.

An eye-catching, elaborate necklace is a great way to bring focus and attention to the neatness part of your upper frame. Bright, pretty or cool scarves will also do the trick.
The Cone heal shoe has the thickness to balance your bottom half, combined with the delicacy of the pointy tip. Together this shoe is very feminine and shows off your slim ankles. Keep the shoes very simple at the front and avoid ankle straps or t-bars.

A narrow neckline broadens the shoulders. The Bell has a short waist so normal tops can be too long. The Petite department has a better top length for you.
Picture
A draped neckline adds bulk to your top half. Avoid too much bare flesh at the neck, a narrow neckline is more flattering and broadens the shoulders.

Tight and narrow necklines
broadens the shoulders. Long sleeves extend the line of the shoulders.
Picture
Thigh length kaftan with narrow neckline broadens the shoulders. Details around the neckline brings attention upwards.
Picture
Chinese and princess collars are very flattering for the Bell figure. Many shapes can't wear them, so enjoy.
Picture
Ruffled shirt with narrow neckline. The neckline is cut close to the neck, widening the shoulders. The tiny ruffles add bulk to your top half, and the line between the ruffles and the shirt enhances the waist.

Thigh skimming thigh length kaftan. Details around the neckline brings attention upwards.

Draped necklines such as this Cowl neck jumper adds bulk to your top half and broadens the shoulders.
Long sleeves extend the line of the shoulders.
Picture
The bulky gilet balances the top half without compromising the waist. Make sure it ends at the top of your hips or have a belt (or something else fitted) in the waist.

Picture
Wide waist dress with tight neckline and t-shirt sleeves extend the shoulder line. The slightly flared skirt doesn't cling to the hips, but or thighs. A wide waistline or wide belts are great for elongating the waist.

Tight neckline dress, with cap sleeves, adds a little to the shoulder width. Paired with a slightly flared skirt that doesn't cling to the hips, but or thighs. A wide waistline or wide belts are great for elongating the waist.

Narrow neckline dress with long sleeves, extend the line of the shoulders. The skirt is slightly flared and doesn't cling to the hips, but or thighs. Belted waist.

A-line shirt dress. The narrow neckline and the longer sleeves extend the line of the shoulders. Pair it with a wide belt to show off your neat waist with out shortening it.

Chinese collar dress broadens the shoulders and a long sleeve extend the line of the shoulders.  Make sure everything above the waist is fitted.

A kick pleat skirt in a heavy fabric offers support, and the kick pleat in it self allows freedom to move.
A-line skirts are also a good fit for the Bell shape. If you're up for showing your extreme curves down below, a fitted/ elastic skirt in a structured thick material will work (for the Bells that feel in shape).
Go for darker colors on your bottom half, to create balance.

Side fastening, loose and flowing trousers.
Stay away from pockets on your pants, and tapered trousers. Pants can be a challenge for the Bell shape, but here is nothing wrong with a pair of flattering skinny jeans (firm elastic fabric), or leggings. Just make sure to consider how to wear them and what to pair it with.

Blazer or jackets that ends at the hip bone. The styles with a bulky and tight neckline will broaden the shoulders.

Funnel coats and similar styles.
Coats are great on the Bell, all year around and the styles with a bulky and tight neckline will broaden the shoulders.
The buttons are strategically placed high up on the chest, to draw attention to the top half. The A-line skirt flares at the most flattering part. Remember that coats that are too long will make your legs look short.

Goodness, until I read this i always thought I was a Pear with a few differences & got frustrated knowing that unlike the Pear I was short waisted with long legs.
I'm nearly 70 years old & now find that there are lots more options than I previously thought about, bring on the gilet, I'm going to have some fun!
Keep up the great info you've put into your site.

ETHICAL AND PERSONALIZED STYLE, FOR A "GOOD FOR YOU" WARDROBE.

Idealist style is a website and "slow blog" dedicated to ethical fashion and personalized style, including tips on how to find your very own "slow fashion" style by using color analysis, the body types system, and other slow fashion tips.»
Created by an idealistic fashion designer, stylist, writer, and illustrator with a passion for "good for you" fashion.
    Very nerdy about it.
Born in Norway, educated in Milan, Italy.

I decided to name my page "Idealist Style", because I'm an idealist. On both a creative. environmental, and a humanitarian level. So, I feel the title suits my message well.
    i·de·al·ism
-The act or practice of envisioning things in an ideal form.
    -Artist who treats subjects imaginatively.
-Belief in or pursuit of one's ideals, of high or noble principles, purposes, or goals.
